Set on one of the most quaint street in Gzira , this apartment is a great base for your travels. The apartment is full of natural light and has been designed with great care and style. It is close to many touristic attractions, shopping malls, cafes and nightlife. The apartment is literally 2-minutes walk off from the Strand in Gzira so it is literally surrounded by any amenity - some of Malta's best restaurants and bars, grocery shops, bus stop, hairdresser, banks, coffee shops and much more.
Public transport to Valletta, St Julian’s, and across the island stops right few minutes down the property. Malta International Airport is just 8km away. The property is located a few minutes walk from the University Of Malta as well as the main Island hospital (Mater Dei Hospital).
We offer a shuttle service on request at an extra fee. Parking is free of charge in the streets surrounding the apartment.
The apartment is located in a new building block of apartments served with lift. This 110sqm apartment is very bright and airy. It comprises of a kitchen/living/dining leading to an outdoor balcony with side seaviews. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher too.
Furthermore, the property consists of 3 bedrooms. One with one double bed one with 2 twin beds and one with a day bed that can change into a double bed to sleep two persons. The apartment comes complete with 2 family bathrooms both with shower cubicle.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned in all 3-bedrooms and in the kitchen/living. Wifi and cable tv are supplied on complementary basis.
Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rate according to the season.
Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.
The apartment includes basic water and electricity (200kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euro per unit (1kwh).
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
