Bastion's Views Sliema Apartment
Set in the most central part of Tigne, Sliema, overlooking the majestic fortress of Valletta. This 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for those who are after a sunny and relax holiday. The apartment is set in a quiet residential block, on the 2nd floor served with lift. The apartment has a very bright and sunny open plan kitchen/living area leading to a sunny balcony ideal for sunbathing or for fresco nights in the eve.
The view from this apartment is spectacular. Basically, this apartment is ideal for those after a car free holiday as just around the corner, a couple of minutes walk there is the Sliema promenade full of shops and even the bus terminus.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both come fully air conditioned with a back box room with washing machine. It has also one family bathroom with bath tub and shower in it. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the needs one would need for an easy cook out meal.
This apartment is centrally located making it ideal for a budgeted holiday with style, not only the prices are unbeatable but their location makes it ideal for all those guests who are after sea views. However, a parking space is also available for rent but it is not included in the quoted rent. It comes at an extra charge and it is a parking space in a residential parking lot next door to the apartment.
Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rate according to the season.
Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.
The apartment includes basic water and electricity (150kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euro per unit (1kwh).
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
